As the Data Subject, that is, the individual or Company to whom the personal data subject to this (hereinafter referred to as “Data”) pertain, pursuant to Article 10 of Law 675/1996, we wish to inform you as follows:

  1. Purpose and methods of collection and processing Sensitive data is not collected and processed. The collection and processing of Data related to the Data Subject are carried out to allow our company to conduct customer and supplier management activities, compliance with operations required by regulatory and tax obligations. The processing of Data for the aforementioned purposes will take place through both automated and non-automated methods, in compliance with the rules of confidentiality and security provided by the Law.
  2. Nature of the provision and consequences of any refusal The provision of Data to our company is mandatory only for Data for which there is a legal or contractual obligation to do so. Any refusal to provide Data that must be provided based on a legal or contractual obligation may result in the impossibility of carrying out the operations related to such Data, with all consequences for the Data Subject.
  3. Scope of communication and dissemination Data, or some of it, may be communicated, in compliance with the provisions of Article 20 and therefore without your consent, to the following individuals or entities that may carry out processing operations on our behalf:
  • Companies or consultants responsible for administration and accounting, employees of the company not specifically appointed pursuant to Article 19 of Law 675/96;
  • Public Entities, Authorities, or Public Institutions, Banks and Credit Institutions, autonomous collaborators of the company or other related companies and/or entities, professionals (lawyers, accountants), consultants, suppliers of the company, anyone who is a legitimate recipient of communications required by law.
  1. Data Subject’s Rights Article 13 of Law 675/96 recognizes the following rights to the Data Subject:
  • To obtain information about the data concerning them.
  • To obtain its erasure or blocking, or updating, rectification, or integration, as well as confirmation that such operations have been brought to the attention of those to whom the data has been communicated.
  • To object for legitimate reasons to the processing of such data.
  • To object to processing for commercial or advertising purposes or for market research.
