As the Data Subject, that is, the individual or Company to whom the personal data subject to this (hereinafter referred to as “Data”) pertain, pursuant to Article 10 of Law 675/1996, we wish to inform you as follows:

1. Purpose and methods of collection and processing Sensitive data is not collected and processed. • Public Entities, Authorities, or Public Institutions, Banks and Credit Institutions, autonomous collaborators of the company or other related companies and/or entities, professionals (lawyers, accountants), consultants, suppliers of the company, anyone who is a legitimate recipient of communications required by law.

4. Data Subject’s Rights Article 13 of Law 675/96 recognizes the following rights to the Data Subject:

• To obtain information about the data concerning them.
• To obtain its erasure or blocking, or updating, rectification, or integration, as well as confirmation that such operations have been brought to the attention of those to whom the data has been communicated.
• To object for legitimate reasons to the processing of such data.
• To object to processing for commercial or advertising purposes or for market research.
